Aging isn't a question of IF but rather WHEN. One day we will all be there. Whether it happens suddenly or over time, we realize that our loved ones who were once strong and independent, now need our help. The parent who worried about us, the spouse who was always a source of stability, now lean on us for support.

It was a phone call or visit when you suddenly noticed that Dad couldn't remember the name of a family member. Or perhaps it was an unexpected fall – and now the whole picture has changed. When it happens, you are simply overwhelmed: by the complicated bureaucracy, the confusing healthcare system, the endless questions and forms to fill out and above all – the worry.  There is always that worry about your loved one's well-being and the concern that something will fall through the cracks while we are struggling to get everything done.

It is precisely because of our thorough understanding of these complex situations that we created the Ma'atefet Zahav Service.

We’ve seen the families who are dealing with this alone. We’ve seen the frustration, the lack of answers from within the system, and the painful discovery of unrealized rights and benefits. We’ve seen the heavy load on the family alongside the constant love and worry.

Ma'atefet Zahav is comprised of a staff of experts in gerontology and care management.  More than that however, it is comprised of people who understand. We understand the complicated emotions, the worry, and the overwhelming desire to do the absolute best for your parents.

It’s for people like you that we created Ma'atefet Zahav. We offer so much more than just advice. We serve as a guiding hand throughout the entire journey to help make it so much clearer, more logical and possible.
